Lodge Court was founded in 2021 by Ian Moore, who, with 27 years of HR experience, has worked across a variety of industry sectors including IT, Telecommunications, Media Data Publishing, Financial Services and FMCG.
This experience has made him one of the UK’s leading independent HR consultants, and together with our team, he has provided advice to everyone from growing startups to multinational corporations.
By keeping at the forefront of employment legislation, good practice and business governance, we provide a sounding board and advice to allow business owners or their key staff to focus on the priorities within the business whilst we effectively manage the elements they need us to.
