Our passion to provide businesses with a transparent, honest, and pragmatic approach to people management is what drove us to create Lodge Court.
We want businesses to be able to access the advice and support they need at a price they can afford. It is paramount to us that we add value to the businesses we work with, whether that is by reducing risk or creating high performing teams. We act as a trusted extension of our clients' businesses working towards shared goals.
I thrive on being able to help support businesses to get the best out of their people. This was one of the reasons I founded Lodge Court in 2015 and since then, we have worked with businesses from startups to multinational corporations across many sectors.
With nearly 30 years of HR experience (yes really!) I make sure that I am at the forefront of employment legislation, good practice and business governance.
Out of work, you can normally find us as a family (including the dog!) on the water, cold water swimming or at the theatre.

I love adventure, experiencing new cultures, and have a passion for photography. I am fortunate to live near the beach where I enjoy taking my crazy Labradoodle for walks and enjoying the many water sports available.
With over 16 years of client relations and project management experience across a broad range of sectors, I have recently been appointed as Client Relationship Manager at Lodge Court.
Supporting our retained clients with the ever-growing pressures of HR and people management, I am also building new relationships with clients that require outsourced HR services to help develop their company and employees too.
