Also, are you on top of rewards and benefits? Do you know how much holiday every member of your staff is due and has had? Simple records like this are crucial in the effective running of your business.
In terms of compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, how is that going? It may be that you’re now subject to a few more regulations than you were since the pandemic began – have you checked? Failure to comply could result in huge financial penalties for your business and a damaged reputation.
In fact, with so much change in your business, every company policy should have been reviewed to reflect the new circumstances. Neglect this step and you could find yourself fined, in court or with deeply unhappy employees and customers.
